Global Recycling Day 2025
From April 2025, all businesses in England with more than 10 full time employees will be required to separate their dry recyclable waste from residual waste as part of the Government’s Simpler Recycling legislation. In 2024, 60% of UK adults claimed to recycle everything that can be recycled, with another 30% recycling most things. The main barrier to recycling is the lack of knowledge about what materials can be recycled.
Here at Xpres, we purposely seek out suppliers who take positive action to minimise both waste and the impact of their manufacturing processes on the surrounding environment.

Manufactured in the UK to our own specification using high quality, double wall corrugated cardboard (EB twin-fluting), these boxes are perfectly sized for 10oz & 11oz mugs but compatible with many other sizes and styles. Our boxes are made using 80% recycled material and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
Eco Box Coaster Packaging: Our “all in one” coaster packaging solution is compatible with all our hardboard, MDF, plywood & cork back coasters for sublimation in all shapes. Designed to be used as either a postage box or as a retail ready solution with a display window & a location for a price, brand or pack quantity sticker. Each box includes 2 x packers to give added protection during shipping or simply to help fill any remaining space. Made from recycled materials and 100% recyclable.
Eco Pro: It takes 70% less energy to recycle paper than to make it new from raw materials. Eco Pro Sublimation Paper is a premium 120gsm paper that provides superior colour, image and print quality. Designed for optimal results across all types of sublimation products from polyester fabrics to hard surface Ceramics and Photo Panels. Eco Pro Paper is supplied in plastic free packaging and both the packaging and paper (unprinted) are 100% recyclable.
Eco Flex: Eco Flex is an eco-friendly water-based PU heat transfer vinyl with a low tack recyclable paper carrier.
