Delivery Information
We endeavour to process orders received by 16:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 15:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times.

Orders containing items from the Xpres Outlet may take up to 5 days to be dispatched due to a high volume of orders and are non returnable. If you require other Xpres products sooner, please place a separate order.
Orders containing apparel must be placed by 15:00 for same day despatch. For orders over 300 pieces, please call 01332 85 50 85.

A delivery charge of £6.50 is payable on all online orders (£8.50 for offline orders) below £100.00 exc VAT. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands) for all orders over £100.00 exc VAT.*

*Palletised deliveries including Capital equipment, Mugs and Sheetstock etc. will require specialist, chargeable delivery. Capital equipment requiring installation & training will have to be arranged with the customer, additional costs may occur.
