DTF Cure Oven

The 50 x 40cm DTF Cure Oven is perfect for curing a wide range of different DTF film sizes. 

This oven uses a bottom heating element to provide even heat distribution across the surface to provide a more efficient curing time. It benefits from a built-in purifier unit, using two filters (HEPA and Carbon) to provide piece of mind for the safety of your production environment. 

The curing process starts once the film is placed in the oven with the countdown timer starting once the button is pressed. After the set time has elapsed, the warning signal will sound alerting you to remove the film. 

Machine comes with a teflon sheet and heat resistance scraper to make removal of the film from the oven safer. 

Please Note:
- We recommend to only turn the air purifier on when the oven timer is running as this will ensure the overall temperature of the oven is maintained as required. 
- The filters (XP1360F) need to be replaced periodically based on the amount the cure oven is used.

Although vapour is a by-product of the curing process, if excess vapour is observed then this can indicate the filters need to be replaced.
